    MAMA STRONG: BUILD

Progressive strength training. Kids in tow. Motherhood understood.

Build classes are ongoing, full-body strength training designed for moms who want to get stronger, challenge themselves, and have access to high-quality coaching—without needing to find childcare first.

These 1 hour classes combine progressive strength work with accessory movements and conditioning to build muscle, confidence, and capacity for life outside the gym. We lift heavy, work hard, and offer options for different experience levels, bodies, and seasons of motherhood.

And yes, your kids are part of the plan. Babies and toddlers are welcome in the gym space with you, while older kids can play or hang out nearby in our lounge. There may be toys on the floor, snack breaks between sets, or a baby who needs to be held—and all of that is okay in these classes.

Whether you’re continuing on from Foundations or joining us further into motherhood, your coach will meet you where you are and help you keep progressing toward your goals.

Because becoming a mom doesn’t mean you stop being an athlete—or stop prioritizing your goals, and physical & mental health.

    LADIES LIFT CLUB

Lift Heavy. Take Up Space. Build Community.

Ladies Lift Club is progressive small-group strength training for women who want to get stronger, build muscle, move well, and feel more confident with weights.

Choose from 2- or 3-day-per-week training options, with 60-minute coached sessions designed to improve strength and mobility through progressive strength training.

This is strength training for women—across ages, backgrounds, abilities, and seasons of life. Some of our members are brand new to lifting. Others have been training for years. Everyone gets to start where they are and build from there.

Our programming is built around foundational movement patterns and compound lifts, with accessory work designed to build muscle and well-rounded strength. Over each 6–8 week training block, we intentionally vary volume, intensity, and exercises so you’re not just showing up for random workouts—you’re training with purpose and making progress from week to week.

Classes are capped at eight, giving you the energy and community of training alongside other women with the individual coaching and attention of a small group.

There’s no keeping up with the person next to you. Your weights, movement options, and goals are your own. We’ll meet you where you are—and encourage you to find out just how strong you can become.

No experience required. No prerequisites. Just a willingness to learn, lift some heavy things, and take up a little more space.

Ladies Lift Club is an 18+ women’s strength-training program. Children do not participate in class; self-entertained children are welcome to remain in our lounge during class.

    MAT PILATES

    Strength. Control. Connection.

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body practice designed to build core strength, stability, mobility, muscular endurance, and body awareness.

Mat Pilates is offered in 4–6 week sessions based on coach availability, with one 60-minute class each week. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when registration opens for our next session.

Classes are rooted in classical Pilates principles and progress from the fundamentals, giving you time to learn the movements, build control, and develop strength without rushing through reps.

Pilates is a great standalone practice, but it also pairs beautifully with strength training. It challenges your body in different ways, supports mobility and recovery, and builds the control and stability that carry over into your training—and everyday life.

No Pilates experience required. Come ready to slow things down, pay attention, and discover that small movements can, in fact, be incredibly humbling.

Children are not permitted to accompany adults during Pilates classes.

    GIRLS LIFT CLUB

Strong bodies. Strong minds. Strong girls.

Girls Lift Club is a supportive, age-appropriate introduction to strength training designed to help girls build confidence, learn how their bodies move, and discover just how capable they are.

Through strength, movement, games, and plenty of encouragement, girls learn foundational movement patterns and proper technique while building coordination, body awareness, and confidence. We focus on what their bodies can do—not what they look like.

But Girls Lift Club is about more than lifting weights. We make space for conversations about fueling growing bodies, confidence, friendships, leadership, resilience, and navigating the changes that come with growing up.

There are no weigh-ins, before-and-after photos, or workouts designed to “burn off” food. Just girls learning to move well, challenge themselves, cheer each other on, and take up space.

Because strong girls lift more than weights—they lift each other up.

*Zero experience needed. Girls do not need to be active in any team sport/activity to benefit from this program. Our goal is to lay the foundation for a lifetime of athleticism.

    MAMA STRONG: FOUNDATIONS

Six weeks. Two one-hour classes each week. Babies always welcome.

Foundations is our postpartum return-to-strength program, designed to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and confidently return to the activities you love.

We start with breath, core and pelvic floor connection, bodyweight movement, and banded exercises—then progressively add load and complexity as you’re ready. Along the way, you’ll learn how to manage pressure, modify movement, return to impact, and build strength for the very real physical demands of motherhood.

Every movement can be individualized to your recovery, experience, symptoms, and goals, and you’ll do it alongside a small group of moms navigating this season right along with you.

No fitness experience required. Come as you are—we’ll meet you there and build from it.

Foundations is designed and coached by a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Certified Coach and includes education you can carry with you long after the six weeks are over—because the goal isn’t just to get you through a workout. It’s to give you the confidence and foundation to keep getting stronger.

Foundations does not replace pelvic floor physical therapy—but it sure does pair nicely with it.

MAKING STRENGTH MORE ACCESSIBLE

We believe high-quality strength training should be accessible to more women. We offer membership discounts for teachers, first responders, and military members as a small thank-you for the work they do in our communities.

Cost a barrier?

We know that during seasons of financial stress, a gym membership can quickly start to feel like a luxury. But those can also be the seasons when movement, strength, routine, and connection to community matter most.

The Strength & Grace Community Fund exists to help women continue training through financially challenging seasons. We strive to find ways to keep women connected to movement and community through every season — including the hard ones.

Temporary Partial and, when resources allow, full membership assistance is available based on current Community Fund funding.

No financial documentation is required.
